First, these tile stickers are absolutely beautiful. I really like the colors. They really brightened up my kitchen and snack bar area. I also like that you can make any pattern you want with them. I used the pattern they showed here for the space behind the sink, but did my own thing for the space near the stove and the snack bar. That being said, these were much more difficult to work with than I previously thought. The space in the photo with the sink took 4 hours. If you have never worked with these kinds of stickers be sure to follow best practice and buy more than you think you will need. I wrecked about 8 of my 120 on that first day and had to buy another set of 24 to finish the bar. I was short about 4 tile and if I hadn't messed up those 8 or so that first day, I would have been set. The adhesive is very sticky, so I am not worried that the tile won't stay, but be very careful because they like to stick to everything, especially when you are trying to position them. Many of the ones I ruined were from over stressing the sticker when trying to make slight adjustments. When positioning the tiles I suggest placing your fingers as close as you can to the edge in order to maintain as much precision as possible. Then, when pressing them use a clean, dry cloth against the sticker moving in small circles from one corner to another in an attempt to avoid air bubbles. I was not able to prevent the air bubbles all the time, but this method seemed to work more effectively than just pressing with fingers alone. Also, you are going to need somewhat of a fingernail to remove the stickers from their backing. Scissors work easily to cut them and a box cutter or utility knife work well to define edges. By the second day, I was much less of a perfectionist and the space near the stove and the snack bar combined took about another 4 hours. I had a lot of space to cover, so I knew it take time, but being a first time user with these, I caution you to keep all these things in mind to avoid the stress I experienced.
