Wrought Iron Handrail Fits 1 or 3 Steps

I really wanted to write a good review but the product I received is damaged. The box it was delivered in wasnt damaged, it was in Styrofoam so it was damaged at the factory. That was 1 box of 2. Tomorrow I will put the other one together so hopefully its not all beat up.

This handrail arrived missing two of the black bolts needed to assemble it. When I requested that the bolts be sent to me, I was given a long lead time and was told that this lead time was the best that could be done because the vendor does not express missing parts. Now, that's what I call real great customer service, don't you!

The railings seem like they will do the job fine; however, there were major finish imperfections and marks that made the railings unusable in my opinion without having them ship replacement parts. I requested replacement parts, but time will tell if they arrive in any better shape. Very disappointing. Minor imperfection may have been ok but these major mark
