Simply put, we never realised how bad our water tasted or looked until Brita. Water tastes far better, looks better & doesn’t develop loads of mini bubbles after 5mins (doesn’t look good in the jug at meal times).

I replaced my previous brita filter after 10 years of good service! Unfortunately the new one has a lid that doesn’t fit tightly and falls off when I pour the contents. However the filter does work well and this is just annoying rather than a problem

I got this two months ago and it’s been a great benefit to my health. The filtered water tastes fresh and clean. Using with the Matrax Performance Filter I don’t have to descale my glass kettle nearly as much, once in two months as opposed to every week with tap water. I also believe it’s been a great help in reducing my blood pressure considerably and I feel much better all round.

This was a replacement from Brita after the tiny rubber handle on our previous filter broke. I requested a new handle and was really disappointed to be told that after only a year, a replacement was no longer available. I hate this kind of obsolescence. But accepted a new filter jug because this is our office jug. I owe it to the team! But BRITA|, time to get with the programme - we are in times of climate crisis. Help your customers get replacement parts LONG AFTER they purchased the original. (Be assured, the other filter found its way to a charity shop.)
