Had a difficulty during the delivery because the DPD lost it on the first delivery. On second delivery attempt, DPD delivered it to another address two block away. I was lucky that the recipient was kind enough to take the time to travel to my building to inform me of my delivery. DPD did not reply to my inquiry of my lost deliveries either. Luckily on both occasions, wayfair staff was very helpful and escalated the search for my orders. Wayfair offered replacement/refund for both occasions but I feel it is unfair that Wayfair has to be "punished" for an errant delivery company. Good job, Wayfair!
