The toilet seat is too heavy, I thought it was lighter. But I like it. The only thing I didn’t like it was the treatment received for Wayfair, and DHL, they have a really bad customer service. It takes more than 1 week to have it and they did not be able to deliver to my address because they said my address it doesn’t exist. Very funny when I live 12 years in the same address and I didn’t have any problem until now. DHL is very bad company for deliveries and Wayfair has a bad customer service that they are not be able to sort the issues out. Very sad!!! You should improve your customer service if you want to keep loyal your customers.
