The shower head is exactly what I needed, does the job perfectly, am happy with it. The reason I gave it three star is because of of the length of time it took to receive the order almost a month, looks like my order got list somewhere. However when I reported about the delay, customer service team were great, they re-ordered my product and was delivered by DHL within a couple of days. So overall happy with the product and customer service too.
