The Flexi-Fit system from Croydex is awful. We bought a toilet roll holder too. The grub screws that attach the external fixture to the wall attachment keep getting stuck and are impossible to remove! The robe hook didn't even come with an Allen key or screws. I had to buy a second robe hook after the grub screw got stuck the first time, and now the same thing has happened with the toilet roll holder. And for all of that, the fixture is still wobbly on the wall. Absolutely not worth the money.
