Love this fire, was originally going to buy from next but it was more expensive there. It throws out a lot of heat in a big room only need it on for 10 mins and we are all too warm. Fab!

Looked fantastic and worked for 3 months. Left it off over summer (it's a heater) but it refused to switch on in Autumn. I contacted Dimplex who told me they have no parts and I would be better off buying a new one! Caveat Emptor!
