It cam damaged the box was also next day have waited several days also driver took picture also of damaged box but still working but probably damaged

Very pleased with this slimline fan. Sleep mode is really quiet and the temperature is very acceptable. Very easy to use. A bit of a faff to put base on but once we had worked out the way to do it only took a few minutes. Would certainly consider buying a second one for a different room.

I have one of these fans which is amazing both in performance and appearance. Because of this, I ordered another from Wayfair. It took quite a long time to arrive - with a missing part! When I called to complain, I was told that the item was out of stock, so they could not offer a replacement. However, the charming, polite and helpful person to whom I spoke, quickly arranged for a refund, and I received notice of the pending transaction almost immediately from my bank.
