Absolutely love my new fireplace and fire.

I am SO pleased with this fireplace! I was nervous ordering something like this online without seeing it in person. We have it in quite a large room and it heats it up so quickly. I would say it’s more of a cream than a white. Very glad I ordered this and delivered with two men to the chosen room.

Fire came fully assembled and was easy to fit. As described and works a treat!

I love the fireplace, but just as I sent my review, discovered damage (slight) near the coal effect sorround.

On assembly, the three pieces framing the fire do not fit together exactly Happy with the rest of the product. Reaching out to Customer Service team to request replacement parts
