Elsham Electric Fireplace

I love my new fireplace. I spent a long time looking around the web to find the right one for me and no disappointed I order this one. Only had it for one day so far. All working fine. It was very easy to put together with a wall plug. Has to wait around a month for delivery. However, the delivery company took few more extra days to deliver and hard to get hold of the delivery company. Only one way of communication with them. Nonetheless, Wayfair customer services have been very helpful and answer the phone and try to sort the issue out. Overall, Im satisfied with everything.

Absolutely stunning fireplace! Photos do not do it justice, we have it in pale grey which is such a lovely colour, when the light is on it’s gorgeous, very relaxing, we have had so many compliments. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this fire, perfect size and colour for my newly decorated living room. All i had to do was unpack and plug in. Very well packaged and the two delivery men were extremely polite and placed the fire in the room i wanted it in. My only criticism would be is that the fire had a black power lead, a white lead would have been more preferable. Apart from that I am a very satisfied customer.
