Just love this fire but why does everything have to be so complicated in the programming. Why not just an on/off switch for the fire and a separate on/off button for the flame effect.

Fire suite is lovely, remote control easy to operate, finishes my room off, I’m really pleased with it. However I have deducted one star not for the product but for the delivery. The actual delivery happened when it should have and the communication was really good, but the delivery crew walked across open ground had nothing on their feet to protect my flooring hence muck walked through my hallway and living room. I was not best pleased.
