This item was delivered damaged and since it cost over £700 I have still had ZERO responses from Wayfair to take either accountability their side or from their couriers Panther who also claim not to be responsible albeit the delivery was delivered wrong way up (this is an extremely heavytwo man lift item). Delivered when my elderly mother was at home and not to realise there was damage. Very very very disappointed with Wayfair! The item was very nice but it doesn’t stop you wondering what other damage could have happened in transitat depot! The customer service is diabolical. Would NEVER use Wayfair again
