We purchased this item with the understanding that TWO DOOR KNOBS were included..... When they arrived there was only 1 in each box, I called Wayfair and explained to them that the item listing said two door knobs included hence why we purchased them. When they arrived there was only one... Wayfair explained they would replace the missing knobs due to the listing error and said they would be delivered this week... To then get an email stating they will no longer replace them. Since then the listing has changed and the price has gone up! Poor experience with Wayfair after I reorder this door knob I will not be using Wayfair again. Rant over goodbye.
