Excellent quality very beautiful when laid most easiest tile to work with and easy to get pattern correct I would highly recommend im seriously thinking of putting this in my hall

Very good tiles easy to lay. I'm disabled and I have managed to lay these myself. As previous review says the tiles are printed & they're not identical. So the pattern is ever so slightly off centre on each tile. However when laying it is relatively easy to match up. Eg match tiles with wider boarder size next to a tile edge with slimmer (or no) boarder. I've added a photo part way through laying & while it's not perfect I think it's pretty good for the price. Other reviews mentioned some damaged tiles so I over ordered. This far out of 6 boxes I've found 2 damaged tiles & 3 that are not quite perfect / more offset than others so no easy match when laying. These will go under my kitchen appliances. All in all very happy, they're not 5 stars but I would definitely recommend and buy again.

Did my front room (18x13) with these tiles. I found that they were easy to lay and easy to cut. (I am only a fair DIY)

Really easy to fit and cut into size. We only have a small entrance, but impressed with the result
