Severe Safety Hazard – Unmarked Parts, Missing Pieces, and Wrong InstructionsI am incredibly disappointed and concerned with this purchase. While the outer box arrived showing the correct HOMCOM model code (824-010V70WT), the actual components inside are completely unacceptable.First, absolutely none of the mechanical parts or hardware pieces carry any manufacturer markings, logos, or serial numbers. They are entirely anonymous, so you have no idea what make or model you are actually building. To make matters worse, the included instruction manual is completely incorrect and does not match the layout of the provided pieces at all.Most importantly, critical structural components—the base plate and stabilization gaskets—were completely missing from the box. This is a massive safety hazard. This unit is designed to hold 2.8 liters of water right alongside electrical circuitry. Operating a tall pedestal fan without its structural base foundation makes it incredibly top-heavy, unstable, and prone to tipping over, which poses a serious risk of electrical malfunction and flooding. On top of that, the rim holding the metal blade guards together is a flimsy piece of cheap plastic that feels brittle right out of the box and is ready to snap.This item is fundamentally unsafe, poorly manufactured, and not as described. I am returning it immediately for a full refund. Save your money and buy a sturdier, safer alternative.

Love this fan, very efficient and now I can wake up the next morning without my nose feeling dry, thanks to the waster mist feature !
