12 Inch Oscillating Tower Fan

I am a regular customer on this website. There will never have an misleading issue on their products. However. This time. I ordered this mini 12 inch Oscilating Tower Fan on the 1st August 2024. I am very disappointed with this miskeading item. I wanted this mini oscillating fan with digital switch control as shown on their website page. However, I received the oscillating fan with MANUAL switch control. Obviously, they are happy for me to returned the products. But I have to pay extra £10 for pick up service. Or £6 for drop in to DHL. This has causes me lots of inconvenience, cost and time consuming. My husband say is fine to accepted this product with disappointed. Please be more professional in online sales especially your company is the upper class. Sad with disappointed. Catherine Rickard.

Nice look (white) and range of motion when oscillating from a corner position. On the highest setting (3), provides a decent air flow up to about 2m away and otherwise more a gentle waft. Buttons are a little clunky but very easy to use. Good little fan!
