Absolutely abysmal customer service and customer resolution team! This item arrived damaged (wire was cut)and I contacted them to collect and refund me and after the first automatic email. I’ve been subsequently ignored. I hope and pray to God they go out of business and they become redundant that’s the only way they’ll come back down to earth and leave their high chairs behind if they go off treating customers in this manner by ghosting them! This same item was also damaged back in July and I just about had correspondence from them before. Going to escalate this matter to the highest possible way I can. I gave them 7 days to write back to me and Yvonne from resolutions team has just ignored me. What a way to be unprofessional and absolute jobs worth! If it gets deleted I’ll just post again everywhere else online until THEY REFUND AND RESPOND TO ME!

Ill be honest, its not worth the money! Omg the hassel to get this to all go together was a nightmare , we did have bits damaged and scratched, I did contact wayfair and they did give me a bit of a refund if I kept the product! Arrived damaged, but because I didn't check it within the 30 days, as I was waiting for the electrician, I am not apparently eligible for a refund. Will not be shopping with Wayfair again. Door doesn't fit properly, there are smudges under the mirror and the glass is damaged on one corner
