I have just received this order The clear plastic wrapping is open at both ends. Torn and the vinyl is exposed. Also dirty marks. Once I have unwrapped this tomorrow, as I plan to lay the new covering, I will let you know whether there is anything else wrong. Just an idea but why not cover the ends in card and secure to make sure this doesn't again. After all plenty of plastic was used around the roll. This will also ensure that you are not required to collect damaged goods. Thank you.
