Cottage Glazed Oak External Door

My door severely cracked over 3 months and i got no reply from wayfair as to a solution

Fitted a couple of weeks ago, painted with Dulux Weathershield paint and undercoat, wood has cracked in the sun literally after 2 days. Sanded back and repainted twice now and as you can see from the pics the wood is awful quality

delivered in 3 days , looks better than the picture .

Door has been fitted by a carpenter, the door looks good and is a heavy strong door. Door good value in my opinion. I am pleased with the door itself although it was delayed in coming and it wasn’t finished in March as it should have been but finished at the end of April. Nice door in the end but a long wait.

It’s a solid heavy door but it’s still in its packaging as delivery was 2 days late & it only arrived today so haven’t seen it yet !
