Absolute rubbish! I am a carpenter of over 30 years and this door is NOT solid by any means. It is a cheap softwood core door laminated with oak strips. The door swells and shrinks badly even though it has had 4 coats of Ronseal varnish. A real oak door would not swell as much as this door does and for £750 it is a complete rip off. Customer services would only refund £150......absolute joke! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
