Really happy with this fire place, delivery was faster than expected ordered on Thursday the Mantel arrived Friday and the electric fire arrived Saturday was very easy to assemble, the fire itself looks very realistic, and I like that we can dim the light down if needed, the heat is amazing warms the room within 5 Minutes, a little high on the electric but worth it. Very affordable too which makes this all the more reason to love it. Only bad point is it states it comes with a remote but didn’t receive one. So a little frustrating that we have to press the buttons on the electric fire.

Had some trouble with the delivery dates being delayed and nearly cancelled the order. But once it came and I put it together I instantly fell in love with it. Already got so many compliments and it was very easy and straightforward to assemble.
