The screwsanchor provided were the cheap kind so I opted to use my own contractor grade anchorscrews due to having a little one at home. I installed it myself and it was pretty self explanatory. My biggest complaint is the metal that holds the towel is very flimsy and mine came bent I was able to bend it back. It survived two Christmas parties though. If you are looking for a cheap and easy upgrade - this is the way to go!
