The products I ordered were both fine however the customer service of both the courier and wayfair has been terrible. Having taken a day off work to be in for the UKMail delivery the company informed me at 1755 that my delivery was no longer coming and would be delivered the following Monday. When I contacted them they merely suggested that as the delivery was now rearranged there was no problem to answer and that my complaint was close. I raised the issue again with wayfair given the fact I had now been forced to take 2 days leave in order to take receipt of a toilet and they failed to acknowledge my complaints in any way what so ever. This was compounded by the my email being clogged every day with their offers. Not a single apology from either company or any willingness to accept that their performance was poor. I could only urge customers to think hard before committing to a purchase and ask if any price reductions in comparison with other sites equate to 2 days annual leave and associated wages. Good luck.
