Delivered late which caused an issue with the plumber. The customer service from wayfair, however, was excellent.

Large, luxurious looking toilet. The only reason it gets 4 and not 5 stars is that in the flush part on top of the cistern the manufacturer decided to use plastic inside this bit (which you can see when you press the flush button) rather than carry the chrome down. Just a small thing which makes it look cheaper than if they had just used metal / chrome.
