Nuie Chancery LPF Round Kit

Arrived smashed twice, third time realised the cistern isn’t included, which it does say if you click on the details tab, as I was rushing to get it here I bought this from the photo and the heading which are both extremely misleading and advertised incorrectly. Never have I had to buy a cistern and toilet pan separately. And the same toilet is sold as one piece (as it should be at a number of other bathroom suppliers) I have used this site a lot and always been good until now! This is terrible.
