the heat controller sticks and is very hard to turn. (over time)

Nice thermostatic mixer at a reasonable price.

Good customer service, sent a second unit as first one was wet in box (like it had been used). It has been fitted for a while now but does not seal very well between the use of shower and tap.

The instructions were really poor and the wood breaks easily
