Delivery: On time. Packaging: The toilet and its various components were impressively double boxed to prevent damage during transit. Contents There was nothing missing and everything was as it left the factory. It’s worth noting that there are no fixings supplied to anchor the toilet to the floor. The actual toilet is very well made. Unfortunately the Cistern and it’s lid appear to have been sourced from a different factory. The colour of the cistern does not match the colour of the toilet, or the cistern lid. The lid almost fits the cistern but not quite. Whatever I do it over hangs the LHS of the cistern by 3-4mm. This might seem picky but my wife spotted it straight away and told me that the lid needed straightening. If I had paid the full high street price, or I lived next door to Wayfair’s warehouse I would have returned the toilet. Marks out of five: 3
