Very disappointed, when I unpacked the toilet seat from the box to find that it was broken on one side where the lid is hinged with the seat.

Fits our square toilet really well, looks small but very comfy and good size. Soft close is perfect and gentle.

Looks very smart but because of fixed holes that are not adjustable it means the seat is a fraction short as it sits back a bit further. But we can live with it. Would definitely recommend.

The seat is advertised as having thickish rounded lugs on the underside which sit on the toilet bowl. The one I received did not. The lugs are flat and insubstantial and the rear ones do not sit on the toilet bowl. The website says the toilet has a 5 year guarantee. It is unlikely to last that long
