Once fitted the taps do no look as they do in the image. The handles start parallel to the faucet and turn inward (see photos), rather than starting turned out like in the image on the website. Also the threaded pin which connects the handle to the faucet is too short by about a half to whole cm. I had to super-glue it in place just to be able to use the stupid thing without the pieces coming apart in my hand.

Dreadful taps to fit and unlike other lever taps the 'off' position is at right angles to the tap, not following the line of the spout. Avoid these taps if you're fitting them yourself since the plastic backnut is not a standard size and was slightly too big for my tap spanner (which worked well on a separate pair of taps fitted on the same day) Also, the backnut rubber washer is too small and can push up into the tap holes if you have largish ones on your basin. The main tap shank which takes the backnut is also longer than the other taps they replaced, so hard to marry up with existing pipework. They may seem like a good buy but I wish I'd spent another £50 on a better quality built tap like the Heritage Somersby ones I used in another bathroom - they were a dream to fit.
