Topaz 3 Handle Wall Bath Shower Mixer Bath Filler with Diverter

The feel and quality is good. Fitting can take some refinement with the swing of the diverter lever and orientation of the tap indices. Hudson Reed technical support weren’t particularly helpful when I needed help when needed, which is why I’ve knocked a star off - it lost the other star for the fact that it requires so much adjustment to get it working for his price I would have expected it to have been set up right when it left the factory.

The actual tap appears to be very well made, however the shower to bath mixer valve lever is loose fitting and has too much play. This tap was the third tap sent and all including the very similar model called 'Old London' had the same problem. My plumber would not guarantee the tap and insisted it should be a tight fitting lever - in the end we gave up getting replacement taps from Wayfair. Therefore I cannot recommend the Topaz tap or the Old London tap. I will say that Wayfair were extremely helpful and fast responding to our requests for a replacement.
