The finish inside this toilet is so course it holds brown stains from every deposit made. We are not at all happy but only discovered this on installation several months after purchase and after paying to have it installed.

Arrived smashed twice, third time realised the cistern isn’t included, which it does say if you click on the details tab, as I was rushing to get it here I bought this from the photo and the heading which are both extremely misleading and advertised incorrectly. Never have I had to buy a cistern and toilet pan separately. And the same toilet is sold as one piece (as it should be at a number of other bathroom suppliers) I have used this site a lot and always been good until now! This is terrible.
