Item arrived well packed, and on opening the box, the quality of the chrome stood out! Heavy, solid, basin mixer tap with all fittings included, even the tails for the hot and cold water supplies. Not yet fitted, but high enough for my tall basin which sits on a wooden vanity cupboard. Well pleased!
