Internal Door Primed

I bought two of these doors as the frames around the glass were wooden as opposed to plastic, that other suppliers use and I didn't like that look. However, the frames were very difficult to paint due to paint seeping behind the protective film and the wood was not smooth. Quite rough. I have finished painting them now and everyone thinks they look lovely, which I am pleased about but they don't know the hours I spent cleaning the seeped paint out with a blade. It shouldn't have been so difficult! I found Wayfair very good to deal with though and got good service from them. I just think some sort of design change is needed on the frames.

I’ve had to give one star because if I hadn’t I couldn’t start the review, I would not give a star to this product (door) as it was promised to be delivered then delayed and then told it was coming then again delayed then when it finally Arrived it was badly damaged and was of poor quality this was my first purchase with Wayfair and certainly my last.

One star indicates (missed the mark) well somebody needed glasses when they packed this door as there was one stain, two skid like marks and damage to one corner and obviously all before packaging. This company requires a quality control department. As for Wayfair, I stated in my previous review, they were WAYFAIRER than expected and sorted our complaint without any fuss. We even had reductions in price for all doors. Definitely purchase from Wayfair again. After sales service exceptional.
