!st fire made a repeated clicking noise with the flames on. 2nd fire the fire didn't work at all. 3rd time lucky fire works and flames don't make a noise. Wayfair replaced faulty fires quickly and with no problems. The returns took longer as EVRI didn't turn up until there was 4 parcels to return.
