The fire surround is great quality with the added bonus of a remote, colour mood lighting function, the option to change the colour of the fire bed. There is a choice of 3 flame colours. A choice of pebbles, logs or crystals, depending on your preference. I use the small pebbles and real kindling with the addition of small logs in the recess to create a more realistic look. It was relatively easy to assemble. It depends on where you want it placed on the wall we managed to hide the socket in the recess so there is no cable showing which made the process a little longer to put on the wall. The cable is however white which could run along a skirting board to hide and was quite a long cable. It was quick delivery also.. Janice. Moreton In Marsh. Mon Sep 28 2026

the delivery went very very well a little disappointed with the quality I thought it was a little heavier and a little more metal than plastic style I haven't tried it yet to see if it heats a room well since in right now it's good. Sakina. London, GB. Fri Nov 04 2022

This is a beautiful fire and really lovely in the winter nights . The only downside is that it is quite noisy, even when it is just the light on with no heat. Sharon. Livingston, GB. Sat Sep 26 2026

Stylish fireplace feeling with compact dimensions without smoke and fire. The elegant electric fireplace conjures up realistic flame illusions in any room. The soft light imitates deceptively real flames and smouldering logs and immediately spreads a cosy, romantic atmosphere. The LED flames of the electric fireplace flicker completely independently of the heating function, even on balmy summer nights. With the adjustable weekly timer, independent heating times can be programmed for each day of the week, so that it is always nice and warm when you get up in the morning or come home in the evening without having to run the heating through. Operation is simple, in addition to the control panel on the unit itself, the fireplace can be conveniently controlled with the included remote control. An integrated thermostat automatically regulates the heat output, while OpenWindow Detection saves unnecessary costs by detecting a rapid drop in temperature and automatically switching off the fireplace. Unique design with stone decor: With the fireplace, it gets rustic because its exterior mimics thanks to deceptively real masonry stone including a wood border. Thus, it conveys a stylish atmosphere everywhere and immediately exudes the cosy comfort of a real fireplace.
