I ordered this fire place to arrived with 2to3 days and ready passed 20 days and I received 1 fire place today. All time that I contacted them is all the same lies. The fire is great! However I have more appreciation and respect for the Wayfair Customer Care service. The package came with a lot of damage to the box and I thought it prudent to report this before taking the fire out the packaging.
