The fire is great! However I have more appreciation and respect for the Wayfair Customer Care service. The package came with a lot of damage to the box and I thought it prudent to report this before taking the fire out the packaging. The response and support throughout was great, photos were uploaded of all the packaging damage and the Customer Care team where there every step of the way. My fire is beautiful but a long wait got messed about with wayfair in all the years I've been with wayfair this is the worsed I've been treated I was really disgusted with them I didn't want to cancel as I had fully paid for my fire suite the delivery was excellent can't fault AIT WELL DONE.
