Loved my fire which worked perfectly for 4years. Then, it broke down and I couldn't find anyone to repair what I was told was 'the advanced tech'.HOWEVER, I LOVE it so much that I've taken the punt - and the 5 year insurance - on getting the same model again.

Had this almost 6 months now. Beautiful fireplace. In great condition when arrived. Looks more expensive than it is and heats up the lounge in just a few minutes, not too noisy. Dogs love curling up in front of it in the winter!

The fireplace looks amazing - I would have scored this 5 but we had a small chip in the corner when it arrived, we did however tell Wayfair straight away and they quickly rectified it.
