11cm Dish Drainer

Wanted orange. Picture said orange. Ordered it, read confirmation and it states vivid blue. Phoned up and explained their advert was mixed up. Said they would sort it. Then numerous emails saying it was cancelled, then not then sent etc. Stated they couldn’t send the orange one I ordered. The advert still hasn’t changed. How am I mean to order the orange one Very bad customer service

Who is the person giving this 4 stars?! I cannot give it less than one and if i could i would! Its about as useful as a waterproof towel. Fixings are poor and the pink prongs fall over, cutlery tray isn't high enough. I feel quite passionately about the level of discontent experienced here- as this looked to be a life changing kitchen implement - but like most attractive things/people in life it proved to be disappointing when actually utilised.
