the bolts are too long to attach the safety rails ...so when you put the locking nut on its not tight.....also the spanner supplied was massive.....i would say the wrong hardware was sent .....although the hardware was cable tied to the ladder??????? not completely convinced the replacement hardware pack will be correct.....I would of been happy to keep the ladder at a reduced price....to use without the safety rails..... sorry its not great feed back

Very easy to assemble and you feel very secure when using.Just the job.

Poor quality. Was delivered with scratches and paint flaking in many places. I would never buy this again.
