Absolutely disgusted the description states Assembly "Installation Required" this would mean installing In the doorway would it not? Not that something that costs around £400 comes as a flat pack for you to put together yourself. It also stated somewhere that this item is made to order and non returnable which it obviously is not made to order as it is a flat pack. The delivery was shocking took the morning off work as it was arriving by 1 pm not sure when it arrived but was outside my house when we got home at 6pm the box was wet and ripped all up the sides and along the bottom luckily the glass wasn't damaged. Now to pay someone extra to put the door together. Not happy at all !!!

My order arrived minus the glass I had to chase this up Eventually confirmed that replacement will be sent It arrived two weeks later I now have an extra door frame which you need to arrange to be returnedThis held my project completion which caused me unnecessary stress

Shocking for the money a flat pack door looks cheap not what I was expecting at all
