Made of very sturdy metal. Was impressed with the quality. (Not just for the price) this ended up being exactly what I needed to store 16 wooden folding chairs. The rack has an adjustable rail that you can move to accommodate many different sizes. I actually was able to store 2 chairs on the side of the rack using the space created by the adjustable portion. The height is great for low clearance crawlspace storage.

Heavy duty but 12 chairs are almost too many and the elastic straps aren’t long enough to go over 12 chairs.
