38" Single Post Handrail

We were very pleased with the product as far as its sturdiness, but not as much with the problem we had when it arrived! One of the end cap covers on the handrail was missing , so it has left this area wide open to be able to see inside of the handle! This is a real problem ,not only for it’s unfinished look, but moreso for the threat of bees nesting inside of it, causing the possibility of being stung and it’s safety issue ! Had to call to have a cap sent out, so once it arrives, we are hoping it will fit well and solve this issue ! The post itself looks very nice, other than this problem!

The hand rail is just what we needed to assist elberly parent down two steps in our home to access the bathroom.
