Customers praise the product's sturdiness, value, and quality, describing it as robust and well-made. Assembly, however, presents challenges for some, with reports of difficult-to-fit parts and unclear instructions. While many find the item durable, some experienced issues with wheel assembly and rust.

The trolley arrived on the day stated. Unfortunately when we tried to pump up the tyres one of them wouldn’t inflate. As it was a birthday present we were very disappointed.

Easy to out together with the right tools; it took my around 2 hours by myself. Seems sturdy and spacious.

Used it at a festival last weekend and it was great. Other people's trolleys were sinking in the mud with broken plastic tyres where as the vonhaus was packed to the top, rolling along no problem.

Great little trolley and cheaper than many of the others out there. Bought it to help moving heavy pieces of equipment and bronze sculptures for setup up at the Chelsea Flower Show. Enabled us to reduce trips back and forth to van. Well built, a little tricky to put together but got there in the end. Not too heavy to lift, a breeze to pull along. I added some ply to the tray, a great bit of kit!
