I've just bought this in time for Christmas and it was delivered quickly and without hassle BT Wayfair. They were recommended and didn't disappoint. The stove is quite light but sturdy and the light effect quite realistic (not very bright in daylight but has a nice glow when darker). It gets hot very quickly and in the higher of the two settings can warm up my conservatory in about 15 mins. Easy to use and the fan directs the heat out horizontally so non concerns about heat damage (I have laminated flooring). Also I was worried about the fan being too noisy but it really isn't, quite acceptable for a fan assisted heater. It looks great overall for the price and would certainly recommend it. I spent a lot of time looking for one and some do have mixed reviews, but this had mostly positive one and so far it's brilliant.
