In 58 years I have never had worse service than from this company. Total chaos throughout with shoddy items needing returns and totally uncaring customer service. They refused to let me speak to a manager at all times. All culminated with a fitted tap being faulty. They offered a £29.99 refund but the plumber cost £80 to fit it. Would be at least that to fit a new one - they don't care at all. Poor products and shameful customer service. Please, for your sake, AVOID!
