This Tap ordered is great, however the service from Wayfair has been appalling. I ordered another tap on the same day, which online had an immediate despatch date on it. It's been 14 days and still no tap. Customer service have refused a refund, refused to cancel the order and told me I have to wait another 10 days before they can do anything. It's blatantly not in stock as it is saying online now that it's delayed and not been despatched. Shocking service and a shocking policy that holds on to your money for nearly a month before they will look into authorising anything.
