This toilet works great and looks stylish. I was very happy with the dimensions, it was actually a lot more narrower than the one I had before, so happy with the extra space. Delivery was great, packaging too. A downsize, hence the 4 stars is the style at the back, it can only be fitted if your pipe goes straight into the wall. Mine was outside and with the builduing being old, the plumber did not want to risk opening another job...So now I have a space between the wall and the back of the toilet, of about 15-20 cm, the size of the pipe. Call it my mistake for not checking this out first, but anyway, for people that don't know, maybe this should be underlined somewhere. Also I feel like the seat is not that comfortable, with it being so narrow, so if you're a chubby person, this toilet might not be for you. But happy with the look of it, Also, I found it needs to flush twice, almost everytime, (My old model, bad looking previos toilet was way "stronger" concerning the flush issue) not sure if the basin is too small, etc...But now it's installed and will have to live with it.

This is the third of these toilets we’ve bought fitted. The first two are in our bathrooms we were so happy with them we decided to fit one in our downstairs cloakroom. We’ve had the others for over three years, with no problems, they are very comfy to use, an ideal size very easy on the eye. Would highly recommend. The service from Wayfair was faultless the toilet was delivered quickly, despite the current Coronavirus issues.

Really good quality! Looks good in my bathroom and would definitely buy again.

The toilet is a great shape size. I would have awarded it 5 stars, but reduced it to 4 as I purchased the floor fixing kit which was the recommended product with the toilet , as there are no fixing holes in the toilet, it appears to be surplus to requirements!
