Very disappointed. I picked this as the picture shows a screen without an arm but came with one - please show accurate pictures. Not sure it is worth the extra money as there are others that are cheaper.

The product is fine but the service was utterly shambolic. I ordered it on 28th Jan, received confirmation of shipping on 2nd Jan for delivery by 8th. It then disappeared and neither Wayfair nor DHL knew where it was. Rather than shipping a new one, Wayfair launched an "investigation" which took a further week before they then sent a new one (which eventually arrived a further day later than the DHL notification). Maybe I just had a bad experience but I wouldn't repeat it.
